Before any design decision is made, ICONIC conducts a private discovery process we call Know Your Client — KYC. It is not a sales meeting. It is a deep, confidential conversation about how you live, how your body moves through space, what your routines look like today and what your home will need to support in the years ahead.
This process is what separates an ICONIC project from any other millwork or interior design engagement. We do not design spaces. We design for lives.
Human Discovery
We observe and document how each person inhabits their environment — movement patterns, routines, physical needs, family dynamics and long-term living goals.
Spatial Intelligence
We analyze the space itself — circulation, proportion, light, structural constraints and integration possibilities — through the lens of the person living in it.
